1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Ellen Joe Discord Bot ("the Bot", "the Service"), operated by the Ellen Joe Bot Team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Bot immediately.
2. Description of Service
The Bot automates daily check-ins on the HoYoLab platform on behalf of users. To access this service, users must configure their account cookies and purchase subscription time via bank transfer verification.
3. Subscription, Payments, and Refund Policy
- Subscriptions are extended based on bank transfer slips verified by our automated partner APIs.
- Subscription days are calculated proportionally based on the transfer amount (e.g., 20 THB = 30 Days).
- All transactions — bank transfers and coupon redemptions alike — are final and non-refundable for change of mind, HoYoLab/game account bans, restrictions, or captcha locks resulting from automated check-ins (the Bot is not affiliated with HoYoverse — see Section 4), and for unused or partially used days remaining when you choose to stop using the Service.
- Service credit for downtime: if the Bot fails to perform check-ins for 3 or more consecutive days due to service outage, maintenance, or a scheduled-task (cron) failure on our side, we will credit the affected days back to your subscription as additional subscription days. This is a service credit, not a cash refund, and does not apply to isolated single-day misses (e.g. HoYoLab-side captcha blocks) which are outside our control.
- Submitting a fake, tampered, or duplicate payment slip results in a permanent blacklist from the Service. Any subscription days already granted are forfeited immediately, with no refund of the associated payment.
- Wrong-amount or wrong-account transfers: report the transaction to us via Discord within 14 days of the transfer date together with proof of payment (bank slip/transaction reference), and we will investigate and process a return where the funds were genuinely misdirected. We reserve the right to deduct actual verification and transfer-back fees from any amount returned. Reports made after 14 days, or without proof, may not be processed.
- Permanent discontinuation of the Service: if we permanently shut down the Service while you have unused subscription days remaining, we will either refund the pro-rata value of those remaining days or provide at least 30 days' advance notice to let you use them, at our discretion.
4. Disclaimer
The Bot is not affiliated with or endorsed by HoYoverse. We are not responsible for any issues, actions, or bans taken on your HoYoLab/game accounts resulting from automated check-ins.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through our Discord support server.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount of fees you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost in-game rewards or progress.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to Cloudflare or other infrastructure outages, changes to the HoYoLab API, natural disasters, or governmental orders.
8. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
- You must not use the Bot for any unlawful activity.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, attack, disrupt, or abuse the Bot's systems or APIs.
- You must not share, sell, or transfer your subscription or account access to another person.
- You must not submit another person's HoYoLab cookies without their explicit authorization.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms — including but not limited to submitting fraudulent payment slips or violating Section 8.
10. Intellectual Property
The Bot's source code, the "Ellen Joe Bot" name, logo, and website content belong to the Ellen Joe Bot Team. The name and character "Ellen Joe" are the intellectual property of HoYoverse; this project is an unofficial fan-made service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HoYoverse.
11. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our Discord server, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Service Changes / Discontinuation
We reserve the right to change pricing, the day-calculation formula, or features of the Service at any time. See Section 3 for the compensation terms that apply if the Service is permanently discontinued while you have remaining subscription days.
13. Age Requirement
You must be at least 15 years old to use the Service. If you are a minor, any payment you make must be with the consent of your parent or legal guardian; payments made without such consent may be voidable under Thai law.
14. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification
You acknowledge that using automated check-in tools may violate HoYoverse's own Terms of Service, and you knowingly accept the risk of adverse action against your game account as a result. You agree to indemnify and hold the Ellen Joe Bot Team harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service that causes damage to a third party.
15. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Ellen Joe Bot Team regarding the Service.

- จำนวนวันสมาชิกคำนวณตามสัดส่วนของยอดโอนเงิน (เช่น 20 บาท = 30 วัน)
- รายการทั้งหมด ทั้งการโอนเงินและการใช้รหัสคูปอง ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดและไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ ในกรณีเปลี่ยนใจ, บัญชี HoYoLab/บัญชีเกมถูกระงับ จำกัดการใช้งาน หรือถูกล็อกด้วย Captcha อันเป็นผลจากการเช็คอินอัตโนมัติ (บอทไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องหรือได้รับการรับรองจาก HoYoverse — ดูหัวข้อ 4) และวันสมาชิกที่เหลือหรือใช้ไม่หมดเมื่อคุณตัดสินใจเลิกใช้บริการเอง
- การชดเชยเป็นวันสมาชิกกรณีระบบหยุดทำงาน: หากบอทไม่สามารถเช็คอินให้ได้ต่อเนื่อง 3 วันขึ้นไป อันเป็นผลจากระบบขัดข้อง การบำรุงรักษา หรือความผิดพลาดของระบบตั้งเวลาอัตโนมัติ (Cron) ฝั่งเรา เราจะชดเชยวันที่ได้รับผลกระทบคืนเป็นวันสมาชิกเพิ่มเติมให้ ทั้งนี้เป็นการชดเชยด้วยวันสมาชิก ไม่ใช่การคืนเงินสด และไม่ครอบคลุมกรณีพลาดเพียงวันเดียว (เช่น ถูก HoYoLab บล็อกด้วย Captcha) ซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของเรา
- การส่งสลิปปลอม สลิปที่ถูกดัดแปลง หรือสลิปซ้ำ จะส่งผลให้ถูกระงับการใช้งาน (Blacklist) ถาวร และวันสมาชิกที่ได้รับไปแล้วจะถูกริบทันทีโดยไม่มีการคืนเงิน
- การโอนเงินผิดยอดหรือผิดบัญชี: กรุณาแจ้งเราผ่าน Discord ภายใน 14 วัน นับจากวันที่โอนเงิน พร้อมแสดงหลักฐานการโอน (สลิป/เลขอ้างอิงธุรกรรม) เราจะตรวจสอบและดำเนินการคืนเงินในกรณีที่พบว่าโอนผิดจริง โดยเราสงวนสิทธิ์หักค่าธรรมเนียมการตรวจสอบและโอนคืนตามที่เกิดขึ้นจริง การแจ้งหลังพ้น 14 วัน หรือไม่มีหลักฐาน อาจไม่ได้รับการดำเนินการ
- กรณียุติการให้บริการถาวร: หากเรายุติบริการถาวรในขณะที่คุณยังมีวันสมาชิกคงเหลือ เราจะคืนเงินตามสัดส่วนวันคงเหลือ หรือแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วันเพื่อให้คุณใช้สิทธิ์ให้หมดก่อน โดยเป็นดุลยพินิจของเรา
4. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ

ภายใต้ขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ความรับผิดรวมทั้งหมดของเราที่เกิดจากหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับบริการนี้ จำกัดไม่เกินจำนวนค่าบริการที่คุณชำระให้เราใน 3 เดือน ล่าสุดก่อนเหตุการณ์ที่ก่อให้เกิดข้อเรียกร้อง เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ผลสืบเนื่อง หรือเหตุบังเอิญใดๆ รวมถึงของรางวัลหรือความคืบหน้าในเกมที่สูญเสียไป
7. เหตุสุดวิสัย
เราไม่รับผิดต่อความล้มเหลวหรือความล่าช้าในการให้บริการที่เกิดจากเหตุการณ์นอกเหนือการควบคุมตามสมควรของเรา เช่น ระบบ Cloudflare หรือโครงสร้างพื้นฐานอื่นขัดข้อง, การเปลี่ยนแปลง API ของ HoYoLab, ภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ หรือคำสั่งของหน่วยงานรัฐ
8. ข้อปฏิบัติและข้อห้ามของผู้ใช้งาน
- ห้ามใช้บอทเพื่อกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมาย
- ห้ามพยายามเจาะระบบ (Reverse Engineer) โจมตี รบกวน หรือใช้งาน API ของบอทในทางที่ผิด
- ห้ามแบ่งปัน ขาย หรือโอนสิทธิ์สมาชิกหรือการเข้าถึงบัญชีให้ผู้อื่น
- ห้ามนำคุกกี้ของบุคคลอื่นมาใช้งานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตอย่างชัดแจ้ง
9. การระงับและยกเลิกบัญชี
เราสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกการเข้าถึงบริการของคุณถาวรโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า หากคุณละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงการส่งสลิปปลอมหรือละเมิดหัวข้อ 8
10. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ซอร์สโค้ดของบอท ชื่อ "Ellen Joe Bot" โลโก้ และเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์ เป็นทรัพย์สินของ Ellen Joe Bot Team ชื่อและตัวละคร "Ellen Joe" เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของ HoYoverse โครงการนี้เป็นบริการที่แฟนคลับจัดทำขึ้นโดยไม่เป็นทางการ (Fan-made) และไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง รับรอง หรือสนับสนุนโดย HoYoverse แต่อย่างใด
11. การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญจะประกาศผ่าน Discord server ของเรา และวันที่ "ปรับปรุงล่าสุด" ด้านบนจะถูกอัปเดต การใช้งานบริการต่อไปหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีผล ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับใหม่
12. การเปลี่ยนแปลง/ยุติการให้บริการ
เราสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา สูตรคำนวณวัน หรือฟีเจอร์ของบริการได้ตลอดเวลา ดูหัวข้อ 3 สำหรับเงื่อนไขการชดเชยกรณียุติบริการถาวรขณะที่คุณยังมีวันสมาชิกคงเหลือ
13. เกณฑ์อายุผู้ใช้งาน
คุณต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 15 ปี จึงจะใช้บริการนี้ได้ หากคุณเป็นผู้เยาว์ การชำระเงินใดๆ ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากบิดามารดาหรือผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรม การชำระเงินโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมดังกล่าวอาจถูกบอกล้างได้ตามกฎหมายไทย
14. การยอมรับความเสี่ยงและการชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย
คุณรับทราบว่าการใช้เครื่องมือเช็คอินอัตโนมัติอาจขัดต่อข้อกำหนดการใช้งานของ HoYoverse เอง และคุณยอมรับความเสี่ยงที่บัญชีเกมของคุณอาจถูกดำเนินการใดๆ ด้วยตนเอง คุณตกลงที่จะชดใช้ค่าเสียหายและปกป้อง Ellen Joe Bot Team จากข้อเรียกร้องใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้งานบริการของคุณซึ่งก่อความเสียหายต่อบุคคลที่สาม
15. การแบ่งแยกได้ของข้อสัญญาและข้อตกลงทั้งหมด
หากข้อกำหนดใดในเอกสารนี้ถูกตัดสินว่าไม่สามารถบังคับใช้ได้ ข้อกำหนดที่เหลือยังคงมีผลบังคับใช้ต่อไปอย่างเต็มที่ ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ร่วมกับ Privacy Policy ของเรา ถือเป็นข้อตกลงทั้งหมดระหว่างคุณกับ Ellen Joe Bot Team เกี่ยวกับบริการนี้
